HR Assistant ( M/F ) 1 Post

Position Summary:

The HR Assistant supports daily HR operations, assists with recruitment, employee relations, documentation, and HR administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening candidates, and arranging interviews.

- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documents are accurately filed.

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.

- Assist in payroll preparation by providing necessary data.

- Handle employee attendance and leave recording.

- Assist in organizing training sessions and HR events.

- Provide administrative support to the HR department.

- Handle employee inquiries and support HR communications.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any Subject

- Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

- Preferably 1–2 years of HR or administrative experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Ability to maintain confidentiality.

- Time management and organizational skills.

Working hours - 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Working Days - Monday To Friday (Saturday Alternate)

Off Days - Saturday Alternate, Sunday and public holidays
